フォックストロット・ヴィンヤーズのピノノワールのファンの方にはおなじみの、ヘンリクソン・ヴィンヤード。以前はフォックストロットに果実を提供されていたが、今は自社で醸造を実施している。 この地のテロワールが、異なる醸造家によってどのように表現されるかを味わうのに最適なワイン。
最低10年ほど熟成させることで更なる味わいの向上が期待できる。
今すぐ飲むなら1時間ほどデキャンターにおいてから楽しみたい。

Fans of the iconic Foxtrot Vineyards Pinot Noirs will recognize the Henricsson (and previously Ericsson) name, as the amazing fruit from this vineyard was previously a single vineyard wine made at Foxtrot. This wine presents a great chance to explore how this terroir is expressed in different hands.
The 2015 Pinot Noir was aged 11 months in barrel and exhibits great body and big flavours on the palate. Big bright fruit – cherry, strawberry and spice dominate the palate, reflective of a New World wine. Drinks well now especially with an hour in a decanter but will age for at least 10 years. Serve at 16C.
